How fast can a doctor get to my villa?
It depends on where you are and the time of day. We arrange visits as quickly as possible and confirm the doctor’s estimated arrival time when you message us, before anyone leaves the clinic.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Home visits are for non-emergency care. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness or a serious injury, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 112.
Will my travel insurance cover it?
Coverage depends on your insurer and your policy. We give you the medical documentation your claim needs, and we can help you with the paperwork.
Do you come to hotels as well as villas?
Yes. Our doctors visit hotels, villas and private homes in Canggu, Seminyak and the surrounding areas.
Can you treat children?
Yes, children can be assessed and treated where appropriate. If your child needs more than a home visit, we tell you where to go next.
Do I need to choose my IV drip in advance?
